The Sekime Project, constructed in Takadono 6-chome, Asahi-ku, Osaka, is a 15-story reinforced concrete apartment building. It is easily accessible from the station and was constructed to blend in with the residential area.

In this project, we were in charge of the temporary construction work, laying the foundations for the safe and efficient construction work, which covered a wide range of work areas.

As the site is located close to a residential area, consideration of the surrounding area was essential from the temporary construction stage. The temporary fencing made maximum use of the site, while using soundproofing sheets to prevent construction noise from disturbing the neighbors.

We established the foundations for the site and achieved construction that was in harmony with the local community.
