Osaka University Global Village Tsukumodai, developed in Suita City, Osaka Prefecture, is a complex development project that includes an international student dormitory, faculty and staff accommodation, and private facilities, and is the largest international exchange hub for a national university in Japan. In this project, our company was in charge of temporary construction and concrete pouring work.

The facility is made up of multiple buildings, mainly made of reinforced concrete, with a total floor area of over 26,000 m2. The structure and scale of the site required high construction precision and safety management.
Scaffolding plans and access routes tailored to each building were created.
The summer festival was held with the aim of deepening interactions between those working on-site and fostering better teamwork.
The participants, who usually work silently in their own places, got to know each other's faces and names through the festival, which was a valuable opportunity to communicate with each other. This type of initiative was extremely effective in brightening the atmosphere at the site as a whole and building mutual understanding and trust.
We will continue to move forward with this project while maintaining a safe and comfortable construction environment and valuing the emotional connections between all those working on-site.
